This Weeks Creations

I have been quite busy this week  and have managed to make quite a few cards, most of which will hopefully become shop classes.

For this fathers day card I used decoupage for the main image and the coloured background is made by swirling Viva Pearl Pens onto acetate and then dragging a cocktail stick through it. It takes quite a while to dry but produces a lovely effect.

I Made the background papers with the Elusive Images Butterfly Bliss Cd, and the stamping is done with the Butterfly Daisy Collage Stamps by Elusive Images also.

I absoloutley love this image ‘Love Bunny’ by stampabilities. He can be used for so many occassions. I stamped him in Stazon and painted him in with my Sakura Koi paints. The background was made with my Viva pearl pens in light blue and silver. I swirled them together on acetate to make this fab background. The frame was made using glitter card and a Pinflair Stepper.

The glittery message was made using clear peel off letters with glitter sprinkled on the sticky back. The button is from the Basic Grey Wisteria range. The Card is made from an A4 piece of card folded lengthways to make a very tall card.

This dramatic purple lady was a decoupage design taken from ‘Walk in Wonderland disc 2’ by My Craft Studio .

I printed her on glossy photo paper, decoupaged her and then added some pink gems to finish.

This card was made by Sheilagh  for classes she was teaching this week. It is an 8 x 8 card with a pocket edged in cotton lace for a tag on the front. The message was cut out on the cricut machine. Very Pretty!

At the end of the class on Thursday after making the ITS YOUR DAY CARD above I made this one from the free papers in the creative cardmaking magazine to show everyone how easy it is to adapt a design that they have just learned how to do. I was really quite pleased with the result, the papers are excellent quality.
